In the masterclass “Twin Transformation & Leadership” we will delve deeper into the concepts of Twin Transition, Twin Transformation and leadership. We will present a set of characteristics that promote the adoption of Twin Transformation and together we will inventory how strongly these capabilities are developed in your company. In this way we classify for your company how strong the ability is to recognize, embrace and respond to a digital and sustainable change in the market. After completing a questionnaire and going through a workshop, we will discuss the results together and a substantiated insight will emerge as to which dynamic capabilities can be worked on in the coming years.
